All our pieces are made to order by seamstresses based in Paris meaning that we require a certain amount of time to produce your order before dispatching it to you.
Please see each product for specific production times. Note that order preparation times are in addition to shipping times (see below). Production and shipping times are estimated and are subject to change, however we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you order multiple items, each with different production times then the production time of the whole order will be according to the item with the longest production time. You can of course order items separately so that you receive each of them as fast as possible – but each separate order will be subject to its own shipping costs as determined at checkout .
All shipping cost include insurance for loss and theft.

Terms and conditions of returns
Please note that your Dryades piece is made to order in the size and fabric that you select during the purchase phase. Though we accept returns and refunds please take the time to consult our sizing chart and individual product descriptions to make sure your garment is going to be a good fit. If however, you are not satisfied with your product, these are the conditions that will apply to your order :

You may return your Dryades order for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back to the headquarter within 7 days (for French orders) and within 21 days (for international orders and Dom Tom orders) of you receiving your item.

You’re responsible for the cost of posting the item you wish to return back to the atelier. If you’re exchanging your item, we’ll cover the cost of sending your new item back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that we deem to have not been properly cared for by you according to our care instructions.
How to return your Dryades garment
To request a return or exchange, please email contact@dryadesparis.com and we’ll let you know what steps you’ll need to take.
If you need to return an item to the atelier we recommend you add tracking to the postage order. As we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive items returned via post, you may also choose to purchase shipping insurance as a precautionary measure.
Exchanges
All Dryades garments are manufactured, by hand, on a made-to-order basis. So, if you’d like to exchange your returned item, the new garment will need to be made by one of our seamstresses before it’s posted to you.
For this reason, your exchange will be added to the production schedule and wait times may apply.
Order cancellations
If an order is cancelled, processing fees apply. Note that orders may only be cancelled if the manufacturing process has not yet begun. Garments actively in production cannot be cancelled at any time.
Refunds
To request a refund, please email us at contact@dryadesparis.com. If we deem that you are eligible for a return, you will have to send your item to the atelier for inspection. We’ll let you know when we’ve received the returned items and notify you of the status of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be credited to the debit card, credit card or Paypal account used to make the original order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to reach you.
Faulty items
Dryades aims to provide you with garments of the highest standard and quality. In the rare event that your garment is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing contact@dryadesparis.com
We will then organise a refund or exchange.
Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
