The Dryades clothes are made to order (not to be confused with "custom made") which means that your product doesn't exist yet. Once you will have placed your order, we will launch production with one of our Parisian based seamstresses and have it sent to you shortly.

 

Why Made to Order ?

There are two reasons for choosing this approach, the first one is environmental. Made to order means that we don't carry inventory that might not sell and end up as waste. By producing a piece only when you order it allows us to adapt to the reality of the demand for our products. We don't produce more than what our clients buy. 

 

The second reason is financial. To carry inventory you need to invest in the production of your pieces upfront. As a small brand made to order involves less risks and allows us to remain flexible when faced with various situations.

 

And finally made to order means that we move away from fast fashion and make the conscious choice of slowing down which is always a good idea in our day and age.
