The Dryades clothes are made-to-order (not to be confused with "custom made") which means that your product doesn't exist yet. Once you will have placed your order, we will launch production with one of our Parisian based seamstresses and have it sent to you shortly.

Return policy

 

Please note that your Dryades piece is made to order in the size and fabric that you select during the purchase phase. Though we accept returns and refunds please take the time to consult our sizing chart and individual product descriptions to make sure your garment is going to be a good fit. If however, you are not satisfied with  your product, these are the conditions that will apply to your order :

• You may return your Dryades order for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.

• Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back to the headquarter within 7 days (for French orders) and within 21 days (for international orders and Dom Tom orders) of you receiving your item.

• You’re responsible for the cost of posting the item you wish to return back to the atelier. If you’re exchanging your item, we’ll cover the cost of sending your new item back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that we deem to have not been properly cared for by you according to our care instructions.
